Citroën has now completed appointments to its 90-strong network of Business Centres - with the recent selection of Citroën dealers Budgen Motors, Shrewsbury; Telfords,Carlisle and Pentagon, Oldham. Citroën now provides customers with a comprehensive national network of Business Centres, strategically placed throughout the UK.
Set up last year, as part of a pan-European programme, the new Business Centre network underlines Citroën’s commitment to enhance the support provided to its SME (Small/Medium Enterprise) and National Fleet operator customers alike. Business Centres are designed to build and support the Company’s presence in the small to medium LCV and car fleet sectors by offering these customers even more dedicated sales and aftersales services. They also support Citroën’s ambition to build a National Fleet friendly network for aftersales support.

These Business Centres offer an expanded range of services, complementing those already offered by the existing Citroën dealer network.
Dealers that have been appointed as Citroën Business Centres have made a major commitment, investing in additional facilities, stocking, personnel and specialist training. The Citroën Business Centre commitment includes:-

Aftersales
- A dedicated Business Centre service specialist
- Extended workshop opening hours
- A maximum lead-time of three working days for all business vehicle bookings
- Courtesy cars & LCVs available
- The availability of a wash & vacuum service for all business passenger cars (wash for all LCVs)
- Initial diagnosis within one hour of any business vehicle breakdown
- Menu pricing for all business vehicle service work
- Free collection & delivery within a 20 minute drive-time
